This is certainly no small feat and whatever part you play in this mammoth task, your contribution is vital! The vibe is focussed but chilled - you won’t feel the burn, or be smashing out jumping jacks, we move and train for 30 minutes together to energise and rebalance our bodies. Anyone can do this session.
