It addresses all the important aspects of the various stages of the menopause and will cover the physical, psychological/emotional and genitourinary symptoms that can occur. Ruth, as well as providing a comprehensive overview of the menopause will give a range of options to help cope with symptoms including practical lifestyle choices, a brief overview of HRT, non-hormonal alternative remedies and options available plus lots of practical tips for how you can potentially help and support women through this transitional stage in their lives…but also…what NOT to say!
