Blendfit

BlendFit is Sarah’s signature class that gives you and your body a bit of everything! You will begin with some high energy cardio, boxing inspired movement; blending neatly into some barre work (we’ll use chairs) to tone and define the entire body and follow this with some core strength to work on your strength and stability. You will end with a stretch and cool down, feeling revitalised and full of energy.
