Solving the industry occupational health capability gap together: knowing our occupational health needs and getting what we want.
Occupational health has been an industry priority for many years but we are struggling to realise the potential that good occupational health has for protecting and promoting the health of our workforce and the wider gains that would deliver for their families and communities and for passengers and freight. We will hear from rail operators and occupational health experts about some of the challenges around OH today to get our panel started on a lively discussion on what they think needs to change to unlock OH capability and what part you could play in making this happen.
The session is aimed at anyone who uses or provides or commissions occupational health services or has responsibility for managing employee fitness for work but is suitable for anyone who wants to help make occupational health work better for all.
