BBC meditation coach and yoga teacher, Clare Connolly will guide you through simple stretches to release tension in the upper body – followed by three breathing practices designed to open the respiratory system, strengthen the lungs, relax the nervous system, and boost the immune system. Clare’s hope is that these practices will make you feel exhilarated and build your power, strength and focus.
