Make anxiety a thing of the past

Do you often feel anxious, fearful or stressed? You’re not alone. There are millions of people in the UK today who feel the same.

Join our hosts Naomi Roycroft from Network Rail and Emma Pickard from GTR for June’s Wellbeing Wednesday on the topic of anxiety. We’ll be speaking with Dave Smithson from Anxiety UK, who will be discussing what causes anxiety, the signs to look out for and when/how to go about getting help. He will also provide tips on how to help those closest to us manage anxiety. We’ll also share some practical advice for those who are feeling anxious now that the lockdown restrictions are easing.
