Join acupuncturist Helen Hayes for an informative and practical session on the powerful practice of acupressure. This 30 minute session will give people their own wellbeing toolkit of practical routines to take away and use throughout the day from waking up to winding down for the ultimate, restorative night sleep. Helen will break it down into three easy to follow along. Sequences are taught alongside breathing techniques that are used to enhance the stimulation of acupuncture points using pressure/ tapping/ massage. These sessions are suitable for all to follow (Helen will highlight any points not to be used in pregnancy).
