Having worked in operational delivery for Balfour Beatty for over 13 years, Andy has seen first hand the pressures that the nature of our industry can bring. Combining that with his own past experiences of mental ill health and his work with various organisations outside the industry such as the Samaritans, Andy is passionate and committed to doing whatever he can to merge these experiences and help those in our business and the rail industry who may be suffering.
